When you interact with the Service, minimal technical parameters may be processed to ensure proper asset rendering and performance:

• Device Specifications: Device model, operating system version, active screen resolution, and aspect ratio. This is strictly used to deliver properly cropped, Ultra-HD wallpapers matching your exact display dimensions.
• Aggregated Performance Metrics: General feature responsiveness and wallpaper download counts, used solely to identify trending content categories and optimize server bandwidth.
• Connection Security: Basic server logs, including your IP address and requested image paths, processed temporarily by Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for firewall protection and abuse prevention.

B. User Preferences & Sandboxed Storage

Any wallpapers you favorite, your selected aesthetic categories, and your custom display settings are saved strictly on your local device storage (via sandboxed AsyncStorage). We do not sync, store, or transmit your saved collections to an external database.

3. Device Permissions & Media Library Access

To enable the App's core utility—downloading high-resolution wallpapers and setting them as your home screen or lock screen—we request access to your device's Photo Gallery/Media Library.

4. Data Retention, Local Storage & Security

Because we do not maintain personal user accounts or external profiles:

• Retention:Your saved favorites, cached images, and preferences live solely on your physical device. If you clear the App's data or uninstall Pixel Wallpaper, all of this preference data is immediately and permanently removed.
• Encryption: All catalog requests and wallpaper asset transfers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL).

5. Third-Party Content Delivery Networks

Curated wallpapers and thumbnails are distributed globally across high-speed Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). When fetching images, your device interacts directly with these networks. In addition, standard Google Play Services telemetry may monitor crash rates to help us ensure compatibility across diverse Android device configurations.
