2. Eligibility & Usage Requirements

3. Description of Service

Pixel Wallpaper provides users with a curated database of high-definition, photography-first wallpapers, alongside on-device cropping utilities and simulated live preview overlays optimized for mobile screens. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend aspects of the Service to perform maintenance or introduce improvements without liability.

4. Intellectual Property & Limited License

A. Application Architecture: The application interface, custom code, layouts, icons, and software designs are proprietary assets belonging to AdiMita AI Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations.

B. Curated Artwork Copyright: Individual photographic wallpapers featured within the App are sourced from public collections, open-source photography feeds, or licensed contributors. The underlying copyright of each photograph remains with its respective owner or author.

C. Permitted Personal Use: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and set wallpapers strictly for your **personal, non-commercial device customization**.

D. Prohibited Commercial Exploitation: You may not repackage, sublicense, sell, scrape, redistribute, or use image assets retrieved from the Service in competing commercial galleries or products without explicit consent from the copyright holder.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools against our image servers or APIs;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to recreate the source code of the application;
• Circumvent or tamper with security measures, rate limiters, or server protections;
• Impose unreasonable loads on server bandwidth or compromise infrastructure stability;
• Utilize the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity under applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
